Up The Wall ("we") provides made-to-order wallpaper fulfillment for merchants via our Shopify app.

What we collect

When a merchant's customer places an order to be fulfilled by us, Shopify sends us the order details we need to fulfill it: the customer's name, shipping address, and — where present on the order — email address and phone number, along with the ordered product specifications. We do not collect payment information (billing is handled entirely by Shopify), and we do not collect browsing or analytics data about customers.

Why we collect it

Solely to print, pack, ship, and support delivery of the ordered products. We do not use customer data for marketing, do not build profiles, and never sell or share personal data.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed to fulfill the order and resolve delivery issues. We honor deletion requests automatically: when Shopify notifies us of a customer redaction request, we erase that customer's shipping details and cached order data; when a merchant uninstalls our app (or Shopify requests shop redaction), we permanently delete all data for that store. Data-access requests are honored within 30 days via the merchant.

How we protect it

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authenticated fulfillment staff. Our infrastructure providers (Vercel hosting, Supabase database/storage) are the only service providers that process this data on our behalf.
